Consumer guarantees
Australian consumer law provides guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality, match descriptions, and be fit for disclosed purposes. These guarantees apply to TraceViva trace-element products regardless of this policy.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, unopened TraceViva products in original packaging may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Opened products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns because trace supplements cannot be resold.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong SKU, contact TraceViva within seven days with photos of the packaging and product label. We will arrange replacements or refunds at no additional cost.
Product quality concerns
If you notice unusual odour, colour, or capsule integrity, stop using the product and notify us immediately. We will provide return instructions and coordinate with our quality team to assess the batch referenced on your receipt.
How to start a return
Start by contacting TraceViva through contact-us.html with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and address label where applicable.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless TraceViva agrees otherwise. For faulty or incorrect items, TraceViva covers reasonable return postage.
Refunds and processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive returned items. Banks may take additional time to post credits.
Exchanges
If you need a different TraceViva SKU, we treat the request as a return paired with a new purchase. We may offer exchanges when stock is available and the product is unopened.
Subscriptions and bundles
Bundle pricing and subscription shipments follow the same return rules. Partial bundle returns may recalculate discounts if the bundle conditions are no longer met.
Retail partners
If you purchased TraceViva products through an authorised retailer, returns are handled by that retailer under its policies. TraceViva support can assist with batch verification.
Dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a return request, TraceViva will escalate your case internally. You may also escalate to the relevant consumer protection agency in your state or territory.
